The fruit for our Shiraz is from Ryalstone, N.S.W, which has a limestone-rich terroir, sandy shallow soils, and an ultra-cool inland climate- sharing similar characteristics to Burgundy. Our Artemis Shiraz displays soft, elegant tannins that support the palate with full flavors of cherry & strawberries. Best paired with osso bucco, lasagne, braised beef cheek anything rich and delicious.
