Auld Family Wilberforce Cabernet Shiraz 2021 is a richly textured and elegant medium to full-bodied Barossa blend with 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Shiraz, matured for 16 months in French oak (25% new). It shows a deep crimson color with aromas of dark plum, blackcurrant, liquorice, mint, and spicy vanillin cedar, complemented by earthy tobacco notes. It pairs well with charred Middle Eastern vegetables, rich Indian curry, or slow-cooked lamb.
