Aromas burst with ripe peach, melon, citrus blossom, pear skin and delicate yeasty complexity, lifted by fresh floral fragrance. On the palate, Babo Prosecco DOC NV reveals creamy mouthfeel, vibrant red apple, lemon sherbet, nectarine and subtle talc, perfectly balanced by brisk acidity and fine bubbles that finish refreshingly crisp.
