We make this wine with alfresco dining in our minds. Stylistically fresh and vibrant with less new oak and an earlier bottling regime, made for immediate drinking enjoyment. Ideally a blend where the best attributes of each variety complement those of the other two: rich stone fruits from the Chardonnay, tension and a herbaceous note from the Sauvignon Blanc, citrus drive from the Riesling.
