Bannockburn 2021 Riesling (12 Bottles) Geelong, Vic

Matt Holmes' 2019 Riesling is just the third Bannockburn release to include material from a younger plot of Riesling (planted 2015). It was fermented in a combination of tank and oak cask. Enticing aromas of orange blossom, ginger and green apple present before a fleshy and textured palate with elements of orchard fruit and citrus, balanced by saline minerality and a core of freshening acidity.
