Barringwood Schonburger 2021 (6 Bottles) Tasmania

Fruit was whole bunch pressed then the juice was returned to soak on skins for 4 hours to extract more tannin and build greater texture in the wine. Fruit was subsequently pressed to a stainless steel tank, cold settled and inoculated with the yeast Alchemy, which enhances the floral aromatics of the fruit. Palate: Delicate palate of guava and ripe pear with a hint of spice, balanced with a fresh clean finish.
