A selection from Slope and Quarry 10/5 blocks, this 41% whole-bunch ferments in 87% new French oak. Aromas of bramble, lifted spice, sage and delicate berry weave through a palate that is sweet-fruited yet salivating, defined by a fine mineral and elegant tannin profile.
