Beautifully pale salmon in colour the fruit for this wine were picked early specifically for rose then quickly pressed to retain fresh red fruits and crisp acidity. The nose displays small red berry fruits and floral hints whilst the palate is fresh and lively with great weight and spicy complexity making this a serious and dangerously moreish wine. A full and textural palate that carries the lovely spicy red fruits on a bed of gentle acid, fine phenolics and fresh, bright aromatic florals.
