Bink Wines Flowers Semillon 2023, Barossa Valley is from a 90-year-old dry-grown Semillon block in southern Barossa, showing aromas of honeycomb, peach and lemon curd with soft salinity and a whisper of skin contact. Fermented mostly in stainless steel then matured briefly in French oak hogsheads, the palate is layered and textured with an endless aftertaste and delicious complexity.
