Black Cocky Valley Shiraz 2020 (12 Bottles) Margaret River

Shiraz sourced from the Yagmich family vineyard, directly opposite the original Houghton’s vineyard. The hot 2020 vintage created small, compact bunches with a deep concentration of flavour. After 21 days of skins, the wine was basket pressed to combination of stainless and oak, with 30% being new American oak.
