Unsulphured, unfiltered light-medium bodied red from vines planted in 1985 in Yarra Glen. This Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard is planted with the traditional local clone of SA125 on silt loam soils with a gentle easterly exposure. Beautiful mature vines on this fertile site capture the essence of our escarpment subregion; generosity and ease of character coupled with freshness and restraint.
