Our first ever sparkling wine - the 2021 Pétillant Naturel. This is made in the traditional style, with the end of fermentation allowed to finish to complete dryness in the bottle, catching the created CO2 within. With beautiful fruit aromas and flavours of strawberries and raspberries, this Pet Nat is crunchy, dry and delicious, and will disappear quickly on a summer’s day.
