The Magical Animal is the more traditional Chardonnay from Brave New Wine. The fruit is pressed straight to one brand new oak barrel and one that had been used before for wild ferment. The resulting wine is a raucous and wild version of Chardonnay, flush with ripe fruit and toasty oak.
