Intense classic, black olive and bay leaf combined with vanilla, caramel and toasty notes. The palate is vibrant with cassis, plum and dark chocolate notes. The fine, silky tannins provide elegant structure and sustained length. The fruit was hand-picked and hand sorted to ensure only the highest quality grapes were allowed into the fermenter.
