Cape Mentelle ICON Cabernet Sauvignon, from Margaret River (Western Australia), is one of the estate’s flagship red wines. Made with 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot and 5% Merlot, it offers deep garnet colour with black plum edges. On the nose: mineral-driven blackcurrant, dark chocolate, anise and bay leaf, with herbal notes of rosemary and forest floor.
