Cape Mentelle Marmaduke Cabernet Sauvignon, produced by the Cape Mentelle winemaking team in Margaret River (Western Australia), is a youthful mid-weighted expression of Cabernet. Dense inky-black core with vibrant dark red-black hue, it greets the nose with spicy red to black currant and mulberry, entwined with black olive, bay leaf and earthy tobacco notes. The palate is rich and fleshy, carrying ripe blackcurrant and mulberry fruits, backed by inky texture, slightly chalky tannins and fresh acidity leading to a medium-long generously fruited finish.
