Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc, made by the winemaking team in Margaret River (Western Australia), is a vibrant Sauvignon Blanc-Semillon blend (85% SB / 15% Semillon) sourced from cooler vineyard sites Crossroads and Chapman Brook. Pale straw with green edges, it offers intense aromas of pink grapefruit, lychee, guava and white nectarine, touched with jasmine, camomile and fresh lime. The palate is crisp and lively with lemon zest, passion fruit pips, rockmelon and saline minerality, framed by supple texture and a punchy citrus-peel finish.
