Carrick Bannockburn Riesling, produced by winemaker Rosie Menzies at Carrick’s certified organic estate in Bannockburn, Central Otago. Whole-bunch pressed and wild-fermented, this medium-dry wine is halted when sweetness and acidity reach harmony, preserving vibrancy and tension. Pale straw in the glass, it opens with citrus and white rose, fleshy green apple, sherbet and white spice, with lovely floral lift.
