Carrick Unravelled Pinot Noir, skilfully produced by winemaker Rosie Menzies at Carrick’s certified organic estate in Bannockburn, Central Otago, New Zealand. This light-to-medium-bodied Pinot is a blend of nine hand-harvested vineyard parcels, wild-fermented with 29% whole-bunch inclusion, and matured for 8 months in seasoned French oak. It reveals fresh dark cherries, wild forest berries, and a subtle herbal minerality on the nose.
