This Crozes-Hermitage red Nobles Rives is a harmonious Syrah, mainly from alluvial terraces with rolled pebbles. A gourmet and supple wine, with aromas of red fruits with slight notes of liquorice and spices. Its velvety tannins call for grilled red meats, roast poultry, Ardèche charcuterie or black pudding.
