Cavedon Tempranillo 2021 (12 Bottles) King Valley, Australia

In the months leading up to it's release, it seemed like every few days, Gabe would hand me a glass of the Tempranillo with a look of anticipation, “You’ve gotta give this a go”. Think juicy dark forest berries & fresh blackberry jam. It was a delicious, vibrant & fresh take on the variety and what first gave us the confidence to get into winemaking for real.
