Champagne Ayala Le Blanc de Blancs A/18 (Extra-Brut) masterfully curated by Chef de Cave Julian Gout in Aÿ, Champagne. It radiates a brilliant pale gold hue with fine, lively bubbles. The nose unfolds pear, grapefruit, jasmine, honey and frangipane; the palate is round and voluminous, with citrus, blood orange, pastry, saline chalk-driven minerality and a long, silky, ethereal finish.
