Aged on lees for around three years with a low dosage (~6 g/L), it pours a delicate pale salmon hue with fine, persistent beads. The nose bursts with fresh strawberries, raspberries, red-currant, and soft floral notes, while the palate is light, expressive, airy and mineral-tinged, finishing with refined fruit sweetness and elegance.
