This daring Brut Nature blends 50% Petit Meslier and 50% Pinot Noir from biodynamic mid-slope plots on clay-limestone over chalk, vinified with brief skin contact and 30 months lees ageing in barrel for wild intensity. Aromas burst with dried flowers, ginger spice, fresh mint, tangerine zest, white peach, and savoury white pepper, woven with saline minerality and exotic lift.
