Champagne Taittinger Brut Millésime 2016 is an elegant, 50/50 Chardonnay, Pinot Noir vintage drawn mostly from Grand Cru sites and aged over five years on lees, giving real depth and refinement. It pours a brilliant golden hue with very fine, persistent mousse. Food‑wise, it’s outstanding as an aperitif with cured ham, gougères, prawns or oysters, and its structure suits salmon, John Dory, tuna or scallop carpaccio, as well as poultry and creamy cheeses.
