In the glass, expect lifted aromas of white peach, nectarine and grapefruit pith with a flicker of cashew and subtle vanilla from well, judged French oak, all wrapped in a cool, climate citrus line. It is an excellent match for grilled garfish, roast chicken with lemon and thyme, or a rich prawn risotto, and will sing alongside soft cheeses like brie.
