Charlotte Dalton Grace Chardonnay 2023 from the Adelaide Hills is a taut, finely cut chardonnay named after Charlotte’s daughter, Ada Pixie Grace, and grown by Alan Dean at the Deanery Vineyard in Balhannah. This Grace Chardonnay 2023 is spot‑on with roast chicken and pan juices, grilled barramundi, butter‑poached prawns or a simple plate of fish and chips where that hazelnut‑laced oak and citrus line cut through the crunch.
