Château Maris La Touge Syrah-Grenache 2020/2021, vinified under Robert Eden at Château Maris in Minervois-La Livinière, Languedoc, is a striking biodynamic red. The 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache blend exudes dense black fruits - cassis, bramble - and dark cherry, layered with smoked garrigue, pepper and a suggestion of violet. A rich, savoury red for weighty meat dishes or slow roasts.
