The cuvée Les Gravettes is a wine produced on the Terrasses du Larzac AOP appellation by the Clos de la Barthassade. This red wine is very open, ample and spherical with notes of ripe black fruit, cherry and wild grass. It opens with a well-kept and balanced finale that reveals new notes of cherry and “maquis” 15 months of ageing in half Fluids, barrels and concrete eggs.
