Colmar Estate 2021 Block 1 Pinot Noir (6 Bottles) Orange, NSW

The old vines in Block 1 really excelled in the cool vintage giving us a wine with a heady, spicy, liqueur cherry aroma. The palate is rich and mouth-filling with some French oak and grape tannins framing the lush fruit. The bouquet is spicy and smoky-charcuterie, with blackberry to brandied cherry later, turning rich, full and fruit-sweet on the palate, the concentrated flavour backed by a good backbone of tannin.
