The cool summer leading up to the 2021 vintage produced beautiful pinot gris fruit which was hand-picked in two batches. The result is a beautiful pinot gris with a lifted aroma that jumps out of the glass. The palate is flavoursome, textural and complex with layers of interest, fine cool year acidity drawing out the lingering finish.
