80% Syrah and 20% Chardonnay grown by Kas Sluiter in Mylor, Adelaide Hills. The fruit was picked over a month in small parcels and sent over to Commune of Buttons in the Basket Range for whole-bunch pressing. Day for Night is a savoury rose with generosity in the mid pallet, and fine tannins that sit on an acid spine.
