Aromas of black cherry, dark plum and blackberry are interlaced with pepper, cedar and a hint of moss. The palate is medium-full bodied, with dark fruit flavours wrapped in fine tannins, whispers of liquorice and savoury spice, and a touch of vanillin from oak.
