Denton Pinot Noir 2021 (12 Bottles) Yarra Valley

The Denton Pinot Noir block sits at the very top of our North Eastern slope, and sees the softest morning light and is shielded from the hot afternoon sun. This unique micro-climate and soil profile contribute lots of bright, fresh red and black fruit, and mineral florals, framed by fine tannin on an acid frame. Pressed to 500 litre French oak puncheons (15% new) and left unsulfured for 12 months prior to bottling without fining or filtration.
