Lemon flavours greet the palate with strawberry fruit flavours and freshly baked bread nuances evident in the mid palate before a fine line of acidity drives the wine to its finish. The time on lees has enhanced the texture of the wine with its lemon sharpness, creamy mid-palate and long crisp finish.
