Domaine Asmara Infinity Durif 2019 from Heathcote is a flagship, ultra‑full‑bodied Durif, built as a step up again in power and polish from the already hefty Private Reserve wines. In the glass, Infinity Durif 2019 is inky black‑purple, with an explosive nose of blackberries, blueberry compote, dark plum and black cherry, laced with dark chocolate, espresso, licorice, clove and toasty oak spice.
