Domaine Benoit Badoz Chardonnay Les Roussots Côtes du Jura 2023 is a mineral-driven, organically grown Jura chardonnay that trades overt oak for tension, citrus and a faintly oxidative savoury edge. The nose shows lemon, citrus peel and white peach over acacia blossom, white flowers and wet crushed stone, with subtle dried fruit and nutty complexity that’s very Jura.
