Fruit for the Gueguen Chablis is sourced from seven hectares of vines grown around Préhy, Chichée and, now, Courgis. Fruit from the well-regarded lieux-dits of Malantes and Pargues (situated between the Montmains and Vosgros 1er Crus) is included in the mix. “More weight and concentration than Gueguen's Petit Chablis, with lots of sunny stone fruit on the palate together with plenty of acidity to balance.
