Domaine Jean Durup Chablis 2023 is a classic, unoaked Chablis built on citrus, green apple and wet‑stone minerality, offering plenty of refreshment and tension. In the glass, Jean Durup Chablis 2023 shows pale lemon colour and a nose of lemon, lime, green apple and subtle orange zest over flint and gun‑smoke notes. The palate is clear, fresh and light‑to‑medium in body, with crisp acidity, feinsaftige citrus and apple fruit, and a saline, mineral finish that’s very typical Chablis.
