Domaine Roc des Anges is located in Latour-de-France, in Roussillon. It was created by Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet in 2001. Stéphane joined her in 2008 and in turn found a plot in Maury which they would baptize “Terres de Fagayra” and which would be used to make their natural sweet wines.
