Domaine Séguinot‑Bordet Petit Chablis 2024 from the right bank of the Serein in northern Burgundy is a bright, racy Chardonnay that captures classic Chablis tension with a modern, super‑pure edge that’s spot on for Aussie seafood nights. The palate is dry, light to medium‑bodied and very zesty, citrus and green melon flavours drive through a steely, flinty line of acidity into a long, saline, mouth‑watering finish.
