Basket-pressed and wild-fermented in old barriques, it delivers delicate salmon hues threaded with a gripping mineral texture. Aromas of red berries, orange peel, florals and stone-fruit precede a crisply dry palate, where fine tannins support tangy pith, subtle spice and mouth-watering freshness.
