Whole-bunch pressed and barrel fermented in French oak puncheons (≈25% new), with ~15% malolactic fermentation and partial lees stirring, the wine reveals bright citrus (lime, lemon peel), white peach and melon, with subtle hazelnut and gentle spice from oak. The texture is sleek, acidity crisp yet well-integrated, finishing flinty and long with a saline minerality.
