Even Keel Tumbarumba Chardonnay 2023 is a cool‑climate, high‑altitude Chardonnay from the Courabyra Vineyard in Tumbarumba, showing a tightly coiled, mineral and citrus‑driven style with serious finesse. On the nose and palate you get flinty minerals, white stone fruit, early‑picked nectarine, lemon juice and preserved lemon, with orange blossom, lemon balm and grapefruit pith sitting over shortbread, subtle vanilla and a fine almond/cashew nuance from old French oak and full solids ferment.
