This year’s Drinking Red includes Syrah, Pinot Noir and Malbec from a selection of sites. The Syrah and the Pinot Noir were harvested early to retain acidity and freshness, then pressed to stainless steel for fermentation. Made in the Express proprietary style, it’s bright and smashable with playful flavours of cherries, red liquorice and creamy soda, all balanced by natural acidity.
