Express Winemakers Grapefields White 2022 (12 Bottles) Great Southern, Australia

The fruit, Semillon (40%), Sauvignon Blanc (30%) and Chardonnay (30%), is grown in Mount Barker and Denmark on sites managed by the Express team. All parcels for this wine were direct pressed to a variety of vessels where they fermented spontaneously and were intentionally left untopped post-ferment to form a flor and create a sous voile style wine. The mild flor character compliments the natural characteristics of the fruit with almond, pear, lemon and white balsamic all present.
