Express Winemakers' aim is to craft "drink now wines with interest", and Ryan has nailed the brief with this Riesling. Coming from one of the oldest vineyards in the Frankland River region of southern WA and an even older vineyard in neighbouring Mt Barker, the fruit has real purity and intensity. Extra texture and interest is added in through wild yeasts, time in older oak being aged under flor and a small amount of skin contact.
