Express Winemakers Pinot 2021 (6 Bottles) Great Southern, WA

This buoyant expression of Pinot Noir comes from an organically-farmed vineyard in Albany, right down the bottom of WA. Ryan O'Meara uses a high quantity of whole-bunch in his reds and it works a treat here. The stalks in the ferment lend a spice and green herb note to the perfume of the wine, as well as a slight smokiness that meshes beautifully with the vibrant blueberries and cherry notes that form the core of the wine.
