Brilliant cherry‑red in the glass, it opens with a savoury bouquet of dark maraschino cherry, quince paste and subtle smoky oak. The palate is elegant and medium‑bodied, driven by ripe cherry and raspberry flavours, supported by a clean acid spine and gentle, refined tannins.
