Frogmore Creek Riesling 2024 from Tasmania’s Coal River Valley is a pure, cool‑climate riesling that pours pale and bright, with a lifted, floral and citrusy aroma profile. The palate is dry, light‑bodied and finely balanced, showing juicy lime, grapefruit and green apple with hints of pear, framed by tight, fresh natural acidity. It also works very well with Vietnamese and Thai salads, light pork dishes and goat’s cheese or feta‑based salads, where the vibrant acidity and citrus drive cut through salt, spice and richness.
